100% Sterility Guarantee

We guarantee that every bag of grain, substrate, and agar plate leaves our lab 100% sterile. We use industrial-grade autoclaves and verify batches with biological indicators.

If your product arrives with any visible contamination (green mold, pink spots, or black rot), we will replace it for free. No questions asked.

Shipping can be rough, and while rare, micro-tears in bags can happen. If the bag is compromised before you touch it, that is our responsibility, not yours.

Once you inject a spore syringe or open the bag for grain-to-grain transfer, we can no longer control the environment. Contamination at that stage is often caused by non-sterile spore syringes, airborne particulates in your home, or insufficient flame sterilization.

Because of this, we cannot offer free replacements for bags that show contamination after they have been inoculated.

We make this process easy. If you spot an issue before you use the bag, follow these steps:

1. Do not open or inject the bag.
2. Take a clear photo of the contamination through the sealed bag.
3. Email the photo and your Order # to support@shroomage.net.

We will ship a replacement to you immediately.

We are growers too—we know how heartbreaking it is to lose a batch to Trichoderma two weeks in. Even though our guarantee covers pre-use conditions, we still want you to succeed.

If your grow fails after injection, please email us anyway. We can help you troubleshoot your technique, check your syringe source, and we often provide a discount code for a replacement bag so you can try again without paying full price.
