Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your mushroom-growing experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Eligibility

Unused and Unopened

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. You just pay for shipping.

Damaged or Defective

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with pictures within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will provide a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement.

Live Cultures

Due to their perishable nature, live cultures are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or contaminated.

Return Process

Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return (which can be "no reason in particular;" we just like to know if something is/went wrong so that we can make improvements :).

Return Authorization

We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please indicate your preference when contacting customer support.

We will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for return or refund.

Gift cards, live cultures, and perishable items are also non-returnable.

Rejections

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
