Productive and delicious

The gold oyster cultures have been reliably productive for me, during the warmer months of the year. The block on my counter right now that I inoculated with this culture is producing its 4th flush, which is amazing, although I usually get 3 good flushes. This culture does well for me out on the countertop, but in general I have trouble with mold on oyster mushroom blocks if I attempt to keep them in an enclosure, so I try to keep the block in the open in the kitchen where its a little more humid.
